Lumenzi Member of Parliament Munir Zulu has alleged that the Anti-Corruption Commission, ACC, in its current state, has no capacity to fight corruption.

Speaking to Journalists in Lusaka today before heading to the ACC where he has been summoned, Mr. Zulu said he will move a motion in the next parliamentary sitting to create a bureau of investigations, that will be dealing with cases.

He accused the current ACC of just appeasing politicians.

Mr. Zulu said Zambia needs to heal and that the ACC must stop being vindictive.

What shall we say, then? Is the law sinful? Certainly not! Nevertheless, I would not have known what sin was had it not been for the law. For I would not have known what coveting really was if the law had not said, “You shall not covet.”
