Lusaka Province Permanent Secretary Elias Kamanga has urged youths in the country to take up skills development to better their livelihoods.
Mr. Kamanga says there are not enough white colors jobs in the country saying that youths should take up skills they can do and earn a living from them.
Speaking when he toured the Lusaka Youth Resource centre in Lusaka today, Mr. Kamanga has called for a change in mindset among the youth to consider skills development as a type employment.
