Minister of Home Affairs Stephen Kampyongo has expressed disappointment with some stakeholders in Livingstone that are politicizing the issuance of the Mobile National Registration Cards exercise.

Mr. Kampyongo says he is saddened with reports that some stakeholders on the exercise are divided due to political affiliation.

Speaking when he paid a courtesy call on Livingstone District Commissioner Pascalina Musokotwane today, Mr. Kampyongo tasked the district commissioner to be collaborative with all stakeholders involved adding that the exercise is important for residents to enjoy the benefits that come with obtaining an NRC.

Speaking at the same event, Livingstone District commissioner Pascalina Musokotwane assured the minister that she will engage all stakeholders involved in the process and ensure that the exercise is a success.
