Vice President Mutale Nalumango has encouraged those left out on the teacher and health recruitment exercise for 2022 to trust the government for more job opportunities.

Mrs. Nalumango says government is cognizant of the backlog in two sectors adding that the recruitment process is an ongoing activity.

Speaking during the vice President’s question time in Parliament this morning, Mrs. Nalumango said that government will next year conduct another mass recruitment in the two sectors.

She was responding to Chikankanta member of parliament Jaqueline Sabao who wanted to know governments messages to those left out in the recruitment process.

And the Vice President has dispelled media reports that Director of Public Prosecution Lilian Siyuni has been fired and state security withdrawn.

She said that the DPP is currently facing the Judicial complaints commission adding that state security is still being provided to her.

She was responding to Shiwa’ngandu member of parliament Stephen Kampyongo who wanted to know why government has fired and withdrawn security when she still appearing before the Judicial Complaints Commission.
