Zambia’s Health Minister Chitalu Chilufya says the country has spent millions in the provision of quality health care services to help improve good health among citizens.

Dr. Chilufya says that Zambia remains committed to working with various stakeholders in the health sector to ensure health care services are taken as close to the people as possible.

He added that the country is looking to partner with more stakeholders to improve  areas that are lagging in infrastructure development and that more needs to be done to ensure no one is left behind.

He was speaking during a bilateral meeting with the Global Fund held at the Margins of 72 Session of World Health Assembly in Geneva, Switzerland
