Cancer Diseases Hospital Senior Medical Superintendent Lewis Banda has revealed that the hospital has continued to experience inadequate sourcing of blood for specialized services at the hospital.
Dr. Banda says the hospital has been unable to meet its cancer treatment targets attributing this to the inefficient blood stock at the hospital.
Speaking in an interview with Christian Voice News in Lusaka Dr. Banda further reiterated that the demand for blood at the hospital has increased adding that the need for blood at the hospital cannot be over emphasized.
