The Zambia Revenue Authority ZRA says it has set 107 billion as its revenue collection target for 2022.

ZRA Head of Communication Oliver Nzala says this target has been set because of the confidence to collect that amount with the help of technology.

Speaking to Christian Voice News during the Agricultural and Commercial Show, Mr. Nzala said this year’s theme for the show was in line with ZRA’s modernization agenda of transforming tax administration through technology.

He added that technology has enabled ZRA to collect revenue at a fast and efficient rate as it has made it easy for people to pay tax using their mobile phones.
